buttttercup3's terms of serviceGeneralthanks for considering commissioning me. before we start, please make sure to read the following informationPayments-payments can be made through paypal/kofi-extra character +80% of the base price-complex requests such as full backgrounds, detailed character designs or props must be discussed and will increase final price. starting price +10%-rush fee +25% for deadlines less then 6 daysRevisions-the commissioner must provide appropriate references and describe their idea before the work has begin to get an accurate artwork of your character/vision.the artist will contact the client to approve the sketch. at this stage, the client must make any edits or changes. the artist will then provide a corrected sketch with color for final approval. this is the last stage where the client may request corrections.after receiving the final lustration, any corrections will require an additional payment (exept no more than two minor corrections).Deadlines and deliveryfinal delivery can be expected between several days up to 1 month. any delivery estimation that takes longer then 1 month will be communicated with the commissionerUseall art is for personal use only.customer reserves the right to post the artwork to socials with proper credit.Intellectual property rightsthe artist (buttercup3) reserve the right to post artwork to their socials. if commissioner provides their socials they will be credited in either the comments or the original post. the artist reserve the right to use art for their portfolio.refundsonce the work has begin, i will not offer any refundsCommunicationartist will check in with the buyer at multiple points, so please be sure to provide the easiest way to contact you.thanks for reading and looking forward for our future partnership!
